Our popular programs include: 

Laughter Yoga: A laughter and totally fun-filled movement based program designed to reduce stress, release the inner child, and help your group find the fun factor in their wellbeing journey.  

Neuro-laugh:   Our unique combination of the neuroscience of well-being and the immersive experience of laughter yoga.  This fun-filled program explores the neuroscience of why, and how, laughter, humour, and the ability to find the fun is vital when it comes to building resilience, reducing stress and supporting general health and wellbeing, and allows your group to experience those benefits right there in the session.  It's also our most popular laughter based program.

Mindfulness and Breath Work:  Based in Bron's training in both western and eastern meditation, mindfulness and breathwork practices, and available as individual practices or sessions that combine both, our Mindfulness and breathwork programs include simple strategies for starting or growing your mindfulness and breath work practice, and include discussion of the neuroscience that not only supports each, but helps participants build a practice that suits them.  These sessions are suitable for everyone from the absolute beginner to those with years of experience.  

Mindful Movement, Chair and Office Yoga and Awesome Aging:  From the gentle flow of  the mindful movements that Bron had the pleasure of learning in classes taught by Thich Nhat Hanh, chair yoga for those who struggle with the mat version, the more dynamic standing and seated exercises of office yoga, and Awesome Aging programs designed to bring all the fun of movement to those who are less mobile,  these sessions have been enjoyed by everyone from office workers, conference groups, and festival attendees to active and less active seniors in community organisations, retirement living and residential age care.
