Our popular programs include: 

Laughter Yoga: A laughter and fun-filled, mind and body focused gentle movement program that offers a hint of the science behind why and how it works. 

Laughter for Wellbeing:  A fun filled, neuroscience backed, fully immersive exploration of how and why laughter, humour, and the ability to find the fun, supports both individual and organisational wellbeing.

Mindfulness and Breath Work:  Based in Bron's training in both western and eastern philiosophies, these sessions combine simple and effective mindfulness, meditation and breath work practices with the neuroscience of how and why they do, or for some people, don't work.  These sessions are suitable for everyone from the absolute beginner to those with years of experience.  

Mindful Movement, Chair and Office Yoga and Awesome Aging:  From the gentle flow of  the mindful movements that Bron had the pleasure of learning in classes taught by Thich Nhat Hanh, chair yoga for those who struggle with the mat version, the more dynamic standing and seated exercises of office yoga, and Awesome Aging programs designed to bring all the fun of movement to those who are less mobile,  these sessions have been enjoyed by everyone from office workers, conference groups, and festival attendees to active and less active seniors in community organisations, retirement living and residential age care.
