Well-being Fitness

Well-being Fitness connects the science of positive psychology, well-being and behavioural psychology with the fun of laughter, connection and celebration. 

Well-being Fitness shines a light on the way the interaction of the body and mind affect our mood, emotion.  How this interaction impacts situational reactions and responses, and how and why, regardless of how we might be feeling at the time, certain behaviours can be used to inspire motivation and support positive change.  We really can go from struggling to flourishing when we have the know-how.

Whether your focus is stress management, resilience building, team building and team cohesion, motivation and or the ever-popular general health and wellbeing, the broad behavioural base that underpins Well-being Fitness allows us to design a program to suit your needs.   

Well-being Fitness programs run from 45 minutes up to 3 hours and are popular as corporate PD sessions, conference and community event break out sessions, key-note addresses and as a part of corporate and private retreats.   

Well-being Fitness was developed as Bron's final year project (2014) for the 3-year graduate wellbeing program - the  'Humor Academy' - run through the University of Oregon (USA) and the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor.
