A study carried out in 2008 by Medibank Private discovered that stress cost the Australian community over $14.8 billion in that year alone, with industry losing more than $10 billion in stress related absenteeism, presenteeism and staff turn over.  On average each Australian worker took 3.2 days off because of stress related issues.  Can you afford the cost of stress on your health and well-being and on the health and well-being of your staff and your business?
