Our workplace programs include :
Laughter programs. Simple laughter sessions that range from 10 minutes up 2 hours.
Combined aughter, stress management and resilience programs. A combination of discussion on simple strategies to reduce stress instantly and in the long term, and ways to build resilience, the benefits of laughter vs. the ‘stress of stress’, simple deep breathing exercises, gentle stretching and the popular laughter program.
Office Meditation.A popular program including simple ‘meditate anywhere’ and ‘meditation in a minute’ techniques, gentle office yoga that can done at your desk, effective breathing and relaxation techniques, and an introduction to guided and mindful meditation.
The Mechanics of Happiness . ( a new take on stress management ) A look at how thought patterns, learned behaviours, beliefs and posture effect our happiness, how stress and anxiety effect our behaviour and physical and mental wellbeing, how we allow things that are within our control to control us and how to take back control of our lives.
