Myth Busters
Myth Busters will lift the lid on all those questions you and your group have about Laughter, Meditation and Relaxation, Stress Management and Happiness.
Designed as short break (30 - 60 minutes) programs, Myth Busters address your concerns and answer the questions that might be holding you back from fully understanding, appreciating and enjoying your Laughter, Meditation and Relaxation, Stress Management and Happiness experience.
All Myth Busters are available as either single sessions or on-going programs.
Myth Busters are facilitator lead, discussion based programs designed to answer YOUR questions and help you experience your chosen topic with a gentle introduction to the skills involved.
Myth Busters Laughter:
- Laughter IS good for your physical and psychological health and wellbeing, research proves it!
- You CAN have more laughter in your life
- You DON'T need a sense of humour to laugh
- Laughing with others IS simple

Myth Busters - Meditation and Relaxation:
- everyone CAN meditate
- meditation is NOT a waste of your valuable time, it will infact give your more time because 'switching off' for a minute can 'switch you on' for hours
- meditation SHOULD be a vital part of you daily routine
- you CAN meditate just about anywhere, just about any time
- there are NO special skills or tools needed for meditation
- there ARE different types of meditation and how to find the style that suits you
- Meditation WILL make you happier!
Myth Busters - Stress Management:
- Stress IS the biggest cause of lost productivity in Australia
