We believe that meditation, relaxation, effective breathing and 'office yoga' should be offered in a way that makes these important skills accessible to everyone, and we are flexible in our presentation style without diminishing the effectiveness of the program. Beginners Meditation offers a gentle introduction to basic meditation techniques that are suitable for even the busiest mind. Following discussion of the different styles of meditation, participants are lead through effective deep breathing techniques and gentle whole body relaxation, taught simple office yoga techniques designed to relax tired muscles and joints, introduced to guided and mindful meditation and assisted to discover a meditation style that suits their particular lifestyle.
Our Office Meditation program shows your staff how taking 'a minute out' can improve productivity and engagement without the need to leave their desk. We design our office meditation programs to suit the meditation needs of your group, be they beginners or experienced meditators. Office meditation also includes our popular office yoga and effective breathing techniques.
Meditation for Students is designed to suit the needs of students from prep right through to year 12. The program offers students an understanding of the importance of meditation, relaxation and effective breathing as ways of calming the mind and body during the busy school day. Students are encouraged to discuss traditional meditation techniques as we assist them in discovering a meditation and relaxation style that suits their current needs and provide them with the skills to modify and change their meditation and relaxation styles to suit their changing needs as they journey through life.
Meditation Anywhere is designed to offer simple meditation strategies that allow anyone to meditate just about anywhere. On planes,trains an buses, in queues, in crowded places. Simple effective breathing techniques are also included in the Meditation Anywhere program.
Office Yoga provides simple yogic stretches and deep breathing techniqes that can be done sitting at your desk in your school or work clothing.
Meditation in a Minute. Don't think you've got time for meditation? Let us show you how as little as 60 seconds could be all you need to relax and take and effective 'time out' from your day. Learn how to calm your body and mind in less time than it takes to boil the kettle.
Community Meditation offers a gentle introduction to meditation, relaxation and effective breathing techniques for those who for any reason might consider that meditation and relaxation is not for them. This discussion and practiced based program has been developed to enhance an existing meditation and relaxation program by encouraging particpation in your existing classes or as a way of introducing a new class into the community setting.
