HOW TO BE HAPPIER, WORKPLACE WELLBEING and HAPPINESS MYTH BUSTERS .
HOW TO BE HAPPIER provides participants with an understanding of the mechanics of happiness and effective tools and ideas for creating and maintaining positive change in their thinking, attitudes and behaviours. This program is suitable for both business and community clients.
WORKPLACE WELLBEING offers simple and effective steps that are proven to increased workplace satisfaction for both employees and employers. Research shows that happy workplaces function better on a whole host of levels and, if the company looks after its employees, the employees will look after the company.
HAPPINESS MYTH BUSTER lifts the lid on all those myths about happiness. This discussion based short course offers answers to all those questions about happiness and exposes the common myths about how to be happier.
All 3 programs are the result of over 12 months of program planning by our Chief Happiness Officer, Bronwyn Roberts. They reflect her passion for making every day a great day and are presented in her well known and much loved, engaging, informative and humorous style.
