Meditation - Let's LaughMeditation does not come easily to everyone. At Let's Laugh we understand the importance of clearing the mind and focusing our energy and we also recognise the many difficulties people can experience when trying to 'de-focus to re-focus'.

With over 30 years experience as a meditation instructor Let’s Laugh Chief Happiness Officer Bron Roberts offers a unique program that assists participants to discover meditation through simple effective and proven techniques.

Using everyday language, easy-to-follow ideas and clear images Let's Laugh Meditation offers simple, clear, effective and practical methods that are straightforward to learn and easy to master.

Bron will introduce you, your students, staff and clients to effective breathing, gentle stretching, relaxation techniques and the popular 'Meditation in a Minute' technique that can be used almost anywhere at almost any time.

With programs ranging from 30 minutes up to 4 hours (half day) as either one off events or continuing health and well-being partnerships, Let's Laugh meditation provides participants with life-long skills that assist in creativity, clear thinking, relaxation and stress management.

With a belief that meditation should be available anywhere at any time we do not use incense or promote the use of any specialist meditation equipment. Music used in our programs is commercially available and used with the consent of the performers who are friends and colleagues of Let’s Laugh.
