Booking Bron

We aim to make your Let's Laugh experience as fuss free, simple and fun as possible.

To help us provide you with the most accurate information please let us know:

     -  The name of your organisation or company, where you're located and where your event is being held.

     -  A little about they type of presentation your after and if the program is to be a part of an event, a little about your plans.

     -  Your prefered date or dates or a broad idea of when you might be considering your presentation.  T

We will get back to you within 24 hours - usually sooner. 

Bron is happy to 'hold' dates for all clients to allow time to finalise any other arrangements and in most cases deposits are not required. 

We have set fees for all our programs, but should you find we are outside your budget we are always open to discussion.  Please don't hesitate to ask.

For community clients in remote locations and for some overseas clients we offer what we've dubbed a 'travel exchange'. Contact us for the details.  If you are able to cover Bron's travel costs, provide her with some accommodation, perhaps a meal or 2 and a bit of tour around your area, you program will be provided at what we think could be a very attractive rate!  Bron loves to travel!

You will be invoiced via email (let us know if that doesn't suit) prior to your program.  Upfront payments or holding fees are generally not required but please see the cancellation fees section below.

Unless requested by you, or where flights or accommodation are required to meet your program requirements, we don't require booking contracts and request only that all bookings are confirmed by either email or in writing at least 1 week before your program.  One of our staff will phone you a few days prior to your program to confirm the time and venue at to check that no unforeseen changes to your planning have arisen. 

We don't charge cancellation fees....  unless:

  • You cancel your program after flights or accommodation required for your program have been pre- booked and paid for by Let's Laugh.  You will be required to pay these costs and your program fee in full.
  • You have confirmed your booking to secure a date requested by another client and subsequently cancel you booking with us.  The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the lead time you give us.
  • You cancel your booking within 24 hours of the presentation of your program.
