Booking your Program

We aim to make your Let's Laugh experience as fuss free, simple and fun as possible.  This is reflected in our booking and accounting proceedures.

Many clients tell us that after ringing a number of providers they chose Let's Laugh not only because they like our easy communication style (and our programs), but also because we really are the easiest organisation to work with.

Booking is simple.  Call us on 0421 335 197 (we may be running a workshop when you call so please leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can) or email us at bronwyn@letslaugh.com.au to discuss or outline your needs.  You may like to nominate the date or dates you would like for your program so we can let you know straight away if we are able to accommodate you at that time.  We will get back to you within 24 hours - usually sooner.  We are happy to 'hold' dates for all clients, without requiring deposits, to allow you to finalise your program requirements.

We have set fees for all our programs, but should you find we are outside your budget we are happy to consider a special fee to allow you to experience our unique programs.

You will be invoiced via email (let us know if that doesn't suit) prior to your program.  As Let's Laugh offers a 'no laugh no fee guarantee' up-front, holding or booking fees are not usually required.

Unless requested by you, or where flights or accommodation are required to meet your program requirements, we do not require booking contracts and request only that all bookings are confirmed by either email or in writing at least 1 week before your program.  We will phone you a few days prior to your program to confirm the time and venue at to check that no unforeseen changes to your planning have arisen. 

Cancellation fees apply only where: 

you cancel your booking 24 hours or less before the presentation of your program,
you cancel your program after flights or accommodation required for your program have been pre-booked and paid for by Let's Laugh.  You will be required to pay these costs in full.
or where you confirmed your to secure a date requested by another client and subsequently cancel you booking with us.
